    49PUS6401 in a bootloop

Recently purchased a 49pus6401 about 2 weeks ago, and I would say since buying it it would restart maybe once a day out of the blue. The software was completely up to date, and as of last night the tv shut off and rebooted. However now it won't boot up. It starts up then restarts and after a few loops it gives me the prompt to reboot, install from sd or wipe cache. This is very frustrating as it's only 3 weeks old.

    Please help Phillips

    Hello,

I have the same boot-loop problem with 55PFS8109/12. It seems to be a much bigger problem with all Philps TV sets.

Apparently there are ways to restart the TV - some bug fixes are available in Internet, I also have a service guy who tells he can fix it. But I dont want to pay him, I want Philips to take care of the bug in their software.

Can anybody help to find a responsible person in Philips, who can help us?

Philps should take responsibility for this. Otherwise it would mean, that buying Philips TV means, that after warranty expires, their customers will be left alone with all the bugs in Android software themselves.

    Thank you,

    Jan
