    SHC8555 headphones issue

My SHC8555 headphones suddenly stop working each few minutes. I found out that if i play a really loud sound like Windows testing device for example or music at maximum volume they switch on back to working. I tried changing the channels on the back of the transmitter but it doesnt change anything. Any way i can fix that?

    Hi sebastian.z,

Welcome to the forum, it's good to have you here with us. It's unfortunate to hear that they have suddenly stopped working. Is this something that happened from one day to the next or have they gotten worse and worse for some time?
Have you changed anything in the setup? Are you sitting further away from the transmitter than for instance?
Looking forward to hearing from you, to look further into this.
    Have a nice day.

    Kind regards,
    Philips - Christoffer

    Hi sebastian.z,

Thanks for getting back to me. That's strange. Have you tried to move closer to the transmitter, to see if this helps? Also, please let me know if you have any other electronic devices located close to the transmitter.
    Have a nice day.

    Kind regards,
    Philips - Christoffer

    hi sebastian.z,

Thanks for your quick reply. It's unfortunate to hear that nothing helps. Please reach out to your local support center, to hear if there is anything that can be done in this case. There is nothing else we can try to do here on the forum.
You can find their contact details here, choose your country, scroll down and click on Contact Philips.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day.

    Kind regards,
    Philips – Christoffer
