Back again with replacement TV...same problems

So, i am back again. I had to replace my first 65PUS6412/12 TV for a new one, because the first one had huge problems. It didn't go off and on again when we wanted.

    - When we put the TV in standby, the screen goes off, but sound and ambilight stayed on.
    - When we wanted to put the TV on again through the remote, it didn't go on

Solution was pulling the powercord out and in again and up we go. So we decided to let it replaced by the store we bought it from. Very exciting of course, because NOW we could really enjoy our TV....we thought.

Because this second TV is doing the exact same thing. It worked for a week...and after that the same problems we are facing now. Mostly it wont turn on.

And yes, i have the latest update (this is all what Philips service desk can offer me) and yes, i have tried different HDMI cables and ports.

So what is going on with these TV's? And how can i fix this? Because this is getting very annoying and puts me in a state of never buying a Philips product again

My Philips 46inch TV from 2013 is working properly.

    HI,

yesterday a new update was released: http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/c...n=65PUS6412/12

Please try with no external HDMI devices connected. If this is working, try one HDMI device... then the second... etc...

On this video I cannot really see how you try to turn TV on.
Have you pressed a power button on the back? Do you press power button on the remote control once and wait? What happens to LED on the front of TV?
Please explain what do you do to turn tv on.

Is that a serious question? I just start the TV with the ON button on the remote of course. And when i do that and TV is not reacting, then the button at the back isn't doing anything at all.

And LED is off and when i push the ON button on the remote it turns red and goes off again

Does your TV turn on when you unplug it from the mains and re-connect?
