    I have a problem with 49PUS7502.
If if select HDMI output for audio, my AVR goes ON. The TV stopped the sound via internal speakers. But after 1-2 seconds, the audio goes again via internal speakers.

If my AVR is powered on, it works OK.

It seems like the TV doesn't wait until the AVR is full powered, and it has a fallback to continue the audio via internal speakers.

With my old 49PUS7100 it works.

Hello, I have 55PUS6482 and this update is causing the TV to intermittently lose the ability to turn off.

    - No periphery connected, only LAN and TV Antenna, latest update 2017-09-12.
    - When I press the standby button on remote the screen goes black but ambilight and sound stays on. I can't turn the display back on by any means except by pulling the plug.
    - Tried full factory reset with no effect, after initial setup the problem is back.

I am pretty certain this is software issue, the first time was after this update.

Is there any ETA on next version or any beta software I might try? Or any way to downgrade the version with a full wipe?

55PUS7502 with Fidelio B5 soundbar connected with HDMI ARC.

Automatic subtitles for DVB-T almost never works and sometimes shows subs when it's not supposed to. Also the subtitles are huge and take up too much of the screen.

Sound drops out sometimes, restart of soundbar or changing the channel almost always fixes the problem.

From time to time the center channel in multichannel DVB-T drops out. Same fix as above.

Natural motion resets sometimes. I keep it turned off, but some days it's activated even though it says it's off in the settings.

Since a few months I own a Philips UHD LED TV type 49PUS7502/12.
I use the DVB-C antenna input with a CI+ module.
The latest software (001.002.159.000) is installed.
The TV is wired-connected to my home network.
After the latest software update the are still issues:

1.- When I watch digital pictures from my connected WD MyCloudMirror NAS through \Sources\Network\Media the pictures will be displayed in a very low resolution.
F.i. a picture with an original resolution of 5312x2988 is shown in a resolution of 800x450. Needless to say that this picture looks very bad on a 4K HD TV !
Pictures through the USB connection (f.i. a thumb drive) are displayed in the right resolution.

2.- In my home country (The Netherlands) we can use the following Android apps for watching missed broadcasts (uitzending gemist): “NPO”, “RTLXL” en “KIJK”.
    See picture:

When I start a program the picture is not in the right proportion. The picture looks somewhat compressed/squeezed in the middle.
I have to go to \settings\Picture Format and choose and confirm “wide screen” to get the proper image.
This happens on all three apps.
    See picture:

Direct link to high resolution picture:
    https://www.mupload.nl/img/fijayc7gl9ihh.jpg

3.- And there is still the audio volume issue as described in forum item: "49PUS7502/12 audio volume issue". Link to this item:
    http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...o-volume-issue

4.- The item on this forum concerning "49PUS7502/12 HDD recording issue" is solved with this software update.
    Link to this item:
    http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...ecording-issue

Does someone on this forum recognize these problems and perhaps knows how to fix them?
Or is it a flaw in the software of this TV and perhaps an update is needed?

Yes even local 1080p content is laggy (not as bad as 4K though) but that's just because the refresh rate is not set correctly (I guess). With Kodi at least 1080p works smoothly. Local 4K is a nightmare unfortunately... I hope they fix this soon!

    - Not possible to activate Bluetooth, option not existing and search for new devices is grayed out.
    - Sound output to HDMI does not deactivate internal TV speakers when sound is transferd to home cinema system
    - Had a power peak of 351W for 5 min period without any specific actions on the TV set, just normal broadcast watching
    - Headphones jack not working correctly. Humming/ticking sound in headphones even though sound is muted. When sound is active, the level of the speech is null compared to the rest of the audio track.
