where is the new software for Series 7000 LED TV? when will be released?

I just bought the tv because of Ambilight Spectra 2

but is defective, it works with only one color at a time

The support of my country said to wait out the new software

but this problem for over 5 months and did not yield any solution.

I've the same problem with my TV, which Ambilight that is supposed to be Spectra 2 is working as Spectra 1, with only 1 color by side, despite of Philips merchandising.
My TV model is: 32PFL7606D78 that its brand new, and there are many customers from Brazil with the same problem, all of us are waiting for the Firmware that will fix it.

Hi.

Did you alredy try to set the Ambilight Separation to the Maximum in the Ambilight Configuration? You will find this Option here: Main Menu > TV Settings > Ambilight > Separation.

Yes, I did it

I talked to philips support here in Brazil, and for a long time, I was told it was defective and had to leave a new software

but now they said they will not leave a new software and this is normal, said it anyway and is characteristic of the tv.

The advertisement says that is Ambilight Spectra 2, but it works equally wrong Ambilight Spectra 1

what was the outcome? Is the option "Separation" available or not?

[Separation]: Adjust the difference in color levels on each side of the TV. Turn off this feature for a dynamic and uniform Ambilight color.

have tested the 3
but neither option makes lateção display multiple colors at once
only appears the predominant color



Ps: This defect is not just on my tv
is in all models pfl7606d 32/40/46

I have the same problem (32PFL7006D/78).
Why Philips doesn't care about us? We only want what we bought. Nothing more than this. First they assume it's a firmware with malfunction, but now they trying to make us believe it's the model of the TV. It's not. I bought this TV only because the Amblight.. If I knew I would have so much problem, I would never ever bought this. We just want a solution!
