    Thumbs down M100 cameras no longer work with Drop Box

    Having spent £400 to get these cameras, I spent over a week re installing to try and work out why all of a sudden these cameras would not record to Drop box. Phillips must know there are thousands of people who have these cameras. I know of 20 people and that is just from my small circle of friends.

    To pull the plug on this without any warning is ridiculous. The onus was on Philips to contact or make this public. I ended up being passed on to so many support centres before I was told of this website and spoke to iVideon who have this support contract now, from Philips, but are not supporting this model of camera. So yes we have been stiffed.

    I will not be buying nor will I be recommending Philips to anyone. I know my friends feel the same. Absolutely disgraceful.

    We truly appreciate you have come to us sharing this issue on our Forum as we care and always strive for improvement of our products.

    It is indeed very saddening Dropbox has stopped working due to license change. Philips has noted it all down and technicians are aware. Unfortunately for the moment there is no new app or upgrade from Philips. If solution will be released it shall of course be reported to all users out there and our support will be happy to inform you all as well on our website and other platforms.
