    HTB5570D issues

Hi, noticed a few issues with my HTB5570D:

    - current firmware is 1.30.03, is this the latest? cant find anything online and via the update feature
    - cant play any mkv video files eventhough manual says it's supported, right now can only play mp4
    - does the player support srt subtitle files? as it doesnt seem to recognize them when playing mp4 videos.
    - i also bought the wireless receiver for the rear speakers (that cube thingy) - it seems to have died on me. roughly how much to fix?

Appreciate feedback/help on the above. Thanks.

    Hi calvinator,

Welcome to the forum, it's good to have you here. Let's have a look at your questions.

    - Yes, 1.30.03 is the latest software version.

    - .mkv files are supported, how are you trying to play them? Does the issue persist on many different .mkv files?

    - Yes, .srt is supported. Please, make sure that the subtitle file has the exact same name as the video file. For example, if the video file is named 'movie.avi', name the subtitle file as 'movie.srt' or 'movie.sub

    - Please, reach out to your local support team for more information about repairs.

If you have any further questions, then please get back to us in our new Audio Community, as this forum is closing soon.
    Have a lovely day.

    Kind regards,
