    HMP5000 stops reading video after 30-45min

    Hi, I have a HMP5000/12 (software 1223) and I am having trouble with videos that I have on an external hard disk. It starts reading fine but after awhile, it stops and says that the file format is not recognized...

    I have tried with a USB stick and didn't get the error. Obviously, I would like to be able to use my hard disk for the space it has. Thanks for letting me know if you have encountered such issue and how you fixed it :-)

    i do not recognize this failure, sometimes when i want to skip a chapter and go forward i get the same message.
    just restart the video helps with me.
