Clear LCD setting causes sound disruption. Dolby Digital
Hello,
On my brand new 47PFL7656/H12 I experienced some disruption on the dutch channels 1,2 and 3. They are HDTV channels with Dolby Digital sound. I now think i have pinpointed the issue. It looked like a random problem. But it is not anymore. Customer care could not solve the problem. I now have discovered that when the setting Clear LCD is on the disruption is there. When Clear LCD is off the disruption of the Dolby Digital sound via my HCS is gone.
So the picture improvement settings need to be adressed in relation to Dolby Digital problems in a new FW update.
Because improvement of the picture may not lead to sound problems!
With kind regards,
TVTonnio
