    Seeing same as Timbe with casting of NBA League Pass, half the time it comes up as that split screen. Stopping and restarting casting may fix it (50% chance). Also and even more annoying, it's severely lagging and stuttering all the time, despite TV being connected with a cable to a 120Mbit Internet connection. There's absolutely NO stuttering seeing the same stream directly on an Android phone.
    I suspect at least the split screen issue could be related to the source being 60Hz material? But the lag / stutter seems to be bad performance with caching the stream?

    Hi, this update is not bad, but you could reactivate the 60hz, which was previously on android 5, and in the first version of android 6, but in the rest only at 50hz
    I also have problems with the usb, if I leave the TV in stanby there are times that I recognize the usb (formatted as internal storage) and I have to restart it so that everything works normally again
    the usb is connected to the usb 3.0 port with a 128gb high speed pendrive
    Regarding what the user above says I tremble I have problems with the pulls in several online video applications (netflix, orangetv ...) connected with a gigabit router with a fiber line of 300mb

    Hi,
    This has already been reported to Google for a fix.
    For now, please revert Google Cast version to the previous one.

    audio delay in amazon app is still present. it's little better but still very anoying. i think it's because tv reencodes 5.1 DD+ to DD. When you watch anything with stereo sound on amazon it works ok.

    Sound issues via optical audio out / HDMI ARC are still present (they were not in the Android 6.x firmwares).
    It appears that 2017 Philips TVs have the exact same issues, as seen here: http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...pecially-sound

    Is Philips going to do something about it?

    This update broke netflix app on my 43pus6401/12. On previous software - QM163E_U_0.15.209.1 - everything worked ok, netflix ran smooth. After updating netflix doesn't load videos, hungs on buffering and gives error tvq-pm-100 (3.1.-62). I tried everything, reboots, hard resets, changing app version, installing from usb newer or older versions and all for nothing. Is it possible to downgrade to previous system version?

    Can confirm - still broken and I'm running out of patience. What is the official recommendation here? Should we contact Philips through the localized support, and get them to either replace or refund the product?

    After updating to this firmware, my tv cannot connect to my wifi any longer. Is there any way to downgrade...?!

    With this upgrade in place I can not see video output from Sony home cinema E4100 player, audio works as expected, TV remote control can be used to adjust volume on home cinema. But the picture disappears after device is booted. It shows Sony Blu-Ray system logo while loading and only a black screen after. Maybe there is any quick fix for that?
