    problems displaying DVD's with BDP7600/12

    Hi,

    We just bought a BDP7600/12 but we have a problem with playing DVD's, the DVD runs wel, but there is 'snow' on the screen. Once you remove the DVD, the image is normal again. We've updated the software with the latest version, but the problem remains.

    Can you advise us?

    We solved the problem by putting the BR/DVD player on another HDMI port of the TV.
