If I select the new BBC Iplayer app in the new portal it says loading but never gets in - where do I go for help.

It's rather frustrating that I have bought an expensive Smart TV that is clearly inferior in features to cheaper sets from Sony or Samsung. I had hoped when the new portal appeared that some of the disparity would be addressed.

How can I get this app to work
