Is this the way how Philips-Support works?
On 01/27/2012 I have send a question to the Philips Service about my warranty.
It was about the poor wifi signal how in the Treade by Guiseppe.

If this is the way to help the customer? If Philips can not answer, then are you silent?

Hi Asterix,
Could you please provide more information for your case?
1) What is the distance between your router and NP3300?
2) Are there any walls in between?
3) If you have other WIFI device like starmtphone etc, is the WIFI signal stronger holding the distance to the router the constant?
Kind regards,
