Net TV doesnt work with wired or wireless connection

My Philips TV is 37PFL7606/12, yesterday bought. Although my PC connection is OK, I always receive a Not Found screen, with Ethernet connection or without it, wireless. The answer is no available internet connection, test router settings or contact your internet provideer.

I have the same problem. i bought the same tv today and mine netwerkconnection is wired and oke. the tv can connect to the mediaservers om my pc and nas and every device can connect to internet, but the tv not to nettv. the tv simply hangs in screen connecting ... same for the program guide via network.
can anyone help?

i solved the problem of no connection to the net tv.
i have 2 switches. it seems that 10 mb/s switch is too slow for net tv connection.
it is now connected to the 1000mb/s - switch and it functioned inmediatelly.
