40PFL5505D Restarts with other remote use

Hi

Whenever I use my universal remote to talk to my PC my LCD panel restarts every so often (goes black and light blinks 5-6 times then comes back after 10-15 seconds). This seems to happen when I broadcast other component's IR signals as well. Has this issue been addressed already and is there a solution. Very annoying.

so you have a universal Remote from "..."(?) to control your PC.
By the Time you control your PC, the TV reacts on the Signals?

Well that means that your PC uses the same Frequency then the TV, nothing to change about that except your PC has the ability to change IR Frequencies.

Its a philips prestigo sru 8015 that broadcasts some mce ir signals to the pc usb ir receiver. TV seems to not respond to any of the buttons consistently. Repeated or multiple signals over a short period of time tends to restart the TV (but some times times a single button press will). Usually it will restart the TV every minute or so of remote use but it varies. If i point the remote directly at the TVs ir receiver and send the pc signals it can take a minute or so to get the tv to restart but no single button will always restart the tv

SRU8015 is a "normal" Universal Remote which is also capable of controlling this TV.
