    New software for BDP3100???

    It's been ages now for an update in software for the 3100 and it seems every other model in the 2000/3000 series has had one since the beginning of 2012.

    My player can't play the bonus Deathly Hallows (part II) disc or play Conan properly. It seems Philips is a bit lax in making sure their products work for their customers.

    I'm almost tempted to get another blu ray player from a more trust worthy company.
