    Servilux not good

I noticed a while ago when trying to clean my Senseo HD7853/60 the descaler part did not fit properly. It should 'click' to fit, but it didn't and the machine was leaking when doing the descaler run.
The machine was picked up for repair. Today I got it back. There was noting wrong they are telling in the note I got. Well, not when you try to make a coffee or cappuccino, but they didn't try to fit the descaler part, otherwise they would have noticed it didn't fit. The machine is still leaking all over the place when doing a descaler run.

I'm not going to send in the machine again, but I'm very disappointed in the service and knowledge of Servilux, the company performing the repairs for Philips.

    Dear BorSpil,

was the pick up of your item not accompanied by a description of the issue?

If yes, is strange that the technician could not noticed/verified the problem described above.

    regards

You should complain to this company, not Here!

There was a good description of the issue. They just didn't read it. Tried to make coffee and that works fine.
So, I'm not going to send it in again.

Just thought I mention here what my experience with this repair company was.
Why should I not do that. This is a forum where people tell what's on their minds isn't it?
Can you tell me what I'm allowed to say here?
