Philips has just launched the Partner Portal which has all the necessary information such as technical specifications, requirements, Software Developer Kit etc to build any application of your choice.

Please login to www.yourappontv.com, the website which enables any user to learn , develop and submit an App for approval on TV.

As Mark stated, the portal is for ".. to all those who want to see their content appear on screen ...".

The portal is for those who want to develop their own applications and want to become a partner of Philips NetTV portal to contribute to that platform.
So this portal is not for suggestions of apps, which you do not own. I think, there is a thread in the forum to suggest that app. Philips is monitoring this thread. I also did not see a section in the partner portal to suggest apps you are not owning.
