Hello,

I am the owner of two Philips TV sets - one of them being a 32PFL7665H/12.

This TV Set has a bad image from the beginning. I have digital cable from Ziggo. The image of the digital channels are being displayed with hugh chunks of mosaic and the sound regularly disappears.
I have contacted Philips support several times but so far I they have sent me to Ziggo and likewise Ziggo has sent me back to Philips. SO I am stuck in the middle with an expensive TV set, an expensive digital cable agreement and a CRAPPY image and flunky sound.

Does anyone have similar experiences? If so, please share your experiences - especially if you have been able to solve this problem.
