    SA1VBE04K/17 problem

    Hi,

    I have the model Go gear Vibe 4gb model SA1VBE04K/17. I have not used for sometime and it is not starting now, when i connect my MP3 with my laptop i am getting the below message and after few seconds the screen is becomes blank.

    Nabít a prenést
    Nabít a prehrát.


    After this screen for few seconds, the screen goes blank, i am not able to change the language or any other settings, tried with reset option also not successful.

    Can some one provide help pl..

    Hello Sai and welcome to the Philips forum!

    It sounds like you need to fully charge your battery for a starts so could you please plug it to the charger for at least 8 hours and then see if it says the same things when turning it on again?

    Thank you Kartina for your reply. I have charged it overnight, however the problem seems to be same. i am not sure whether the battery/charging is working or not? the moment the charger is removed it is not showing anything on the screen.

    pl. advice further.
