Philips Cinema Gold 'shadows and motion blur'

I recently puchased this item which I am very happy with with one exception. During scenes of motion the picture would leave a ghosting/shadow image. This would typically happen with a fast moving dark object on a light background. I have played around with the settings including setting perfect natural motion to maximum but I still get this effect. Firmware is at the latest rev. Could this set be faulty or could this be an incorrect setting on the set? I purchased this set largely on the good reviews it had received especially around picture quality.

Anyone else have a cinema gold and do you have the same issues?

difficult to say if the TV setting or something else could be "guilty".

Could you please post an image or a video that shows this effect?
