Power problems with the DS3010 docking speaker

I purchased the Philips DS3010 speaker dock and last night it failed to work. When it is plugged into mains there is no power going through it and doesnt charge my ipod or iphone. but when I put the batteries in it plays the selected music through speakers but doesnt charge any devices, can you help?

hi Dan,

it s to me a adapter problem.

try unplug it, leave it for some 10 mins, plug it on again to see if that works...
check if that's well plugged...

if not working, i suggest you to call your local call centre and see if they can get you a new chager

seems adapter issue.
suggest to call your local support to see if you can get another adapter...
