Angry BDP7500 MKII can't detect disk

    Hello,

My BDP7500 MKII doesn't detect disk. This happens when I insert a disc or as I resume playing after turning off the device.
The reader is continually seeking a disk, there is actually one or not. I can not eject or play the disc.
I have to completely disconnect the device for playback to work again... Every time!

I already upgraded it to the last firmware...

    What can I do ??

    Regards.

Thanks for your answer Oscar, but this not an optical problem.

It happens always the same way :
I turn the device on and I can hear that the disk reader is working.
I turn off the device off and on again and I can hear "nothing". And the player still check disk but does nothing.
I unplug the device 2 or 3 time. I turn it on and the reader works again.

This is the second Philips BDP reader I bought with the same problem but this time there is no more guaranties...

Last time I buy a Philips device...
