BDP5200 doesn't recognize 3D blu-ray disk
Last week I bought a new BDP 5200/12 and a Samsung UE46D6500 3D-tv. I connect the payer with HDMI to my Denon AVR receiver which I connect with HDMI to my Samsung TV. I checked all my settings and I think they are OK.
When I play a 3D disk, I tried several, the player doesn't recognize the 3D disks!
What can be the problem?

Hi,
what do you mean exactly with "doesn't recognized"? Do they start? Can you see the BD menu?

When I start the DVD, p.e. The Lion King 3D, I get a menu. Then I can choose the langue. After that the player displays a message that the 3D DVD cannot be played on this player. I have to check if my settings are correct... I did. and i.m.o all the settings are correct.

I wil send you a screenshot later. Every DVD has his own message. So the message from the Lion King is very different from the screen/message from Thorn 3D. I will sent it both

I connected my Player direct to my TV and it works. So the problem is in the AVR! However is there somebody who knows where I have to look to solve this problem. The AVR has the latest firmware..!
HDMI cable? ?
regards,

Hi,
thanks for your feedback - so you need to connect the BDP directly to the TV.
