    WACS7500 not booting anymore

    Hello,

    yesterday, i was listening internet radio (not HD music) and there was a power failure in my neighborhood. When I turned on the WACS7500, it would boot on the Philips screen, set network connections, and then freeze at the "Checking content" step.

    Unplugging the unit and replugging it doesn't do anything, at the contrary, the only thing that turns on now is the ON/OFF button, and it's YELLOW (I've seen it green or red in the past, never yellow).

    Comments/thoughts? Any help/tips appreciated.

    It sounds like your device needs to pay a visit to the repair center. Please contact your local call center and explain what happened to them. My colleagues there will be more than happy to direct you further and provide you with a fitting solution.
