I want to re-install the software on my opus gogear. The manager device tells me to keep the + button pressed down while connecting the device...I have done this in the past and it worked then, but I've tried it 100 times now, but the device does not turn on and does not get recognized. It does get recognized when I connect it the regular way. To make sure I tried all the other buttons, but that (of course) didn't work eighter. Can somebody help me?
