32PFL7606H/12 "Electrostatic" noise

Good afternoon,

I'm facing a really weird issue: My TV (32PFL7606H/12) is making a repeating noise. The noise is difficult to describe: it sounds like if you were touching the door of your car and receive an electrostatic discharge.
This noise is quite big (and is making bigger each day) and can happen each minute when the TV set is on for more than one hour. The noise only occurs when the TV is turned on, connected via HDMI cable and with sound on.

I read in forum that others TV's are having the same problem.

If you disconnect the HDMI, the sound is gone?

Maybe a bad earthing issue? Is the device on the other end of the HDMI properly grounded? What type of mains plug does it have?

Also, try reversing the plug of the device connected through HDMI.

Yes, without HDMI the sound is gone, i connected the same device by SCART and does not do any sound.

I also tried to connect the device to another TV (LED trough hdmi) and the noise is gone. So, it only happens with this TV.

I've tried with another HDMI cable and noise remain.

I guess the noises you experience at your TV are no general behavior.
