Still having trouble with finding my HTS7202/12 using the remote app or using nettv, contacted Philips support for this.
But what is the requirement for the remote app to get working?
Like open ports
Like preferred router
I have the idea that my router doesn't handle the UPNP very well.
Which router do you prefer?
UPNP need to be activated. Not all devices have support to work with the app (e.g. 2010 BDPs).
