I did not know in which category i must post this issue.
I had registered a DVD reader; DVP5980/12 this was done 28 february 2008
I have registered a TV Série 5000 - 32PFL5606H/12 at the date: 8 february 2012

Now the problem:
I got a mail from Philips saying:
"We want your feed-back about the DVD Reader you just registered"

This is incorrect, i have just registered the TV !!!

What can i do to give the TV feed-back to Philips when their mail is from: no_reply@p3c.philips.com

I cannot react asking to send me a mail requesting the feedback for the correct product.
