JPG images not shown in 42pfl6606h
I tried to view JPG images that were stored in my USB stick, but I got the same error: "Unable to read..." for all of them.
I also tried to view WMV format video (1920x1080, 64kbps bit rate, 30 frames/sec) that I had made, but got the same result.
Only when I converted it into MP4 was it shown, but the video quality was really bad - maybe because of the freeware converted I used.
Before trying all this I had downloaded the latest updates that were prompted.
What am I missing here? I thought that JPG is so basic format that it should work from the box in year 2012?Last edited by rihoe; 04-07-2012 at 06:32 PM. Reason: wrong model in title

Hi
please analyze one of the WMV Videos with the tool "mediainfo" and attach one of the pictures so we can analyze this.
Thanks

Hi
for the WMV File i have to say that we don't support HD Resolutions in this container.
If you reduce the Resolution to f.e. 720*576 it should work.
The JPG Image however does work perfectly over here.
Please use the Image attached in here (right click > save as) and try it again.
Thanks

Hi and thanks for reply!
I don't see any pictures attached - or did you mean your Avatar?
Did you try the image from USB stick or sent to TV from PC? Later case worked for me also, but not from USB stick.
About Video - I intentionally set it to be HD - otherwise what is thepoint of having HD TV. Or are HD videos actually not supported?

Hi
I'm talking about your post and the image you have attached here.
About the Video, we support HD (f.e. mkv) but not on WMV Files.
Regards
