    Angry BDP3000 Problem- Unkown Disk???

    Hi, Hoping that someone can help with this problem or if anyone else has encountered this. Our device is making a strange clicking when loading disks and will no longer play any DVDs and only part plays Blu Ray disks. I have also just purchased the Harry Potter box set and it will not play any of these, it comes up with an ''Unknown Disk'' error

    unknown disc error is usually an error code of the hardware loader issue. am afraid you have to take your device for a check of its loader.
