Philips 40PFL9705
Hello Everyone!
I have a Philips 32 inches TV and would like to upgrade to a 3D model 9705 LED TV as shown in the Philips UK website. However, I could not find any retailer who have stock for this model.
Can anyone point me to the right direction? Is this model obsoleted ?
Kind regards,
Belgo

Hi,
the 9705 is a 2010 model. The latest 9K modell is the 9606/9706 = 2011 models.

Hi Toengel,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I've just googled but couldn't find any of these 2011 9000 models (9606/9706) available in the UK?
Any suggestion please?
Kind regards,
Belgo

I did look at the Philips website but they only have the 46" model. Unfortunately I only have space for the 40 inches model. I tried Richer sound too but they don't have the 40" model.
Do you know where I can find a 40" 9000 series model please?
Quite frustrated here.
Kind regards,
Belgo

try to go to a HIFI shop and ask the dealer if a 40 inch model is available: 40PFL9606T/12.

In Greece, a company named "media markt" has still the 40" 9705 & the 46 one on stock. Does this company also exists in UK?
I was on a shop on Friday, and I was surprised to see that the 9705 was also in stock, along with 9706 & 9606...

Its difficult for consumers to know why. For example, many large shops in Greek suddently stopped selling plasma TVs from a large Japanese manufacturer in 2011. No idea why...
