I dont know it is the right part of the forum or not for my quesiton. Nowadays, almost every program has a web URL (they give this web site address at the begining or closing jingle of tv programs, some give during the program.) I want to ask that is it possible to OCR and browse it with one click from the remote controller by a feature inside firmware in SmartTV's. It can be generalized for any web address on tv (capture video on tv as image, recognize address as text and then browse)

Maybe such applications are in use and i dont meet, or maybe it can't be realize because of some constraints.
