    Question Firmware Q5551-0.14.84.0 (TV Philips 46PFL9706H / 12)

    Hello everyone.
Now I put the latest software on my TV Philips 46PFL9706H / 12
    Old software 46PFL9706H / 12
    Q5551-0.14.84.0
    Release is TV55053

    Firmware placed today (19/90/2015)
    Q5551-0.14.105.0
    Release is TV55053:
    Q5551-0.14.105.0_bld222a

After placement of the new software, the image deteriorated, either using DTT source, either by using HD cable box
I intend to restore the old software.
Some forum member can provide me the old version (Q5551-0.14.84.0)?

    Thank you.

    Hello!
I did not turn off the cable (power).
I put the pen in one of the USB ports.
    Loaded the software
Then immediately I turned on the TV remote control without turning off the power.

    Should I reinstall again?

    Hi,

no - just bring your TV into standby - wait 5 minutes - then pull power cord for 5 minutes - replug, but don't switch on - wait 5 minutes - start TV...

    Hello again.
I've done the procedures you recommended me, but still could not have as clear images as before this update. Currently the images are more dull than before; this is unclear, even with the best TV settings.
Can you tell me how I can do the downgrade software?
Where can I find the old software version?

I have two identical televisions in this situation!

    Thank you.
