My speakers are only a month old (bought in April) and accessing the fidelio internal firmware page shows the firmware as 3.8.88.1000 (the latest rev as per your post) BUT with a firmware date of 2011-10-17. Not a feb or march 2012 date as I would expect from above. -could you please advise if i have the wrong or correct firmware.
Thanks,Denis

Dear Denis,
You have the correct firmware. As I checked in the website (see below URL) the date seems fine to me. This could be some website refreshing issue. Please check and let us know know if you still have concerns on this.

Thank for your quick reply. I checked with another browser and still shows old date. here is the page I am looking up.... http://fidelio.local./pc_index.asp and Ive attached an image of the results
However if the date is not a problem then that's fine. The main issue is that I find that airplay is still not stable. With seemingly random stops and "fidelio" often disappearing, then mysteriously reappearing from the list of iphone/ipod choices- even though the speaker is only 2 meters from an airport express. ANy chance of another update coming by?
Thanks.

Dear notthedoctor,
As we can see in the forum that there are quite some users having an upgrade issue, connection issue dropout issue and we do not have a good solution on this yet, we will compile the feedback in the forum and feedback to the development team. We will update you on this.
Kind regards,
