    42pfl5604h/12

    Pls. Am newbee in this forum,and I want technical help on this my product. Pls. I dont know if this is the right place to get the help.my item is philips and the model is 42pfl4604h/12. The problem is, it went off due to high voltage in our area. I even witness a smoke at the back rear of the tv. My suprise was as soon as the power was starble and I on the tv again, lo and behold the picture the sound and everything works alright. Pls my questing here is, should l continue using the tv as such? or seek a technical check on the tv? and why is the tv still function ok? help from all in the forum. Thanks

    Pls.to all, i want to know what is new in the latest upgrade. l am upgrading from 2009 ver. to 2010 ver. is there a pip on the new upgrade? if so, i want also to know more and more features that were added on the new upgrade and more details on them. pls. somebody tell me more. thanks.

    just read the release notes - I think, on 2009 devices NO PIP is available...

    PIP is not available, sorry.

    What is possible to have is the teletext displayed, at the same time, with your TV program (function "double program").

    The screen is divided in two. Nothing else unfortunately.
