    Youtube problems 37PFL9604H/12

    Hello,

    I have a 37PFL9604H/12. SW=26.78
    I have the following problem:
When i use nettv->youtube and i select a videoclip, the tv starts buffering and somtimes the tv switches off an on again.

It is only with youtube and further the tv is operating very normal. Do more of you have this problem (may be also with other types of tv sets)? I guess that it might be a software issue??

    Thanx for your reactions,

    Johannes

    Hi Johannes,

Have you already tried updating the tv software?
If not, you can download the software (assuming you are dutch) by going to: www.philips.nl.
Type in the searchbar 37pfl9604 and select the right model (H12) .
Then press on the right side of the screen '37pfl9604h_12_fus_nld.zip ' and download the new software.
Unzip it by using winrar or winzip to an USB stick and put the stick in the USB port on your TV.
Now the TV will start updating automaticly, just follow the instructions on the TV as it will tell you at the end of the updateprocess to reboot the tv.
After this update the tv will be less likely to act in this way.

Litttle sidenote tho; even after updating my own 37pfl9604 i still have the same problem when i 'click' to fast.
So in some ways you can't avoid it, but it's better with the new software.
Good luck, and if you need any more help just let me know.
