My Media Streaming Problems
I have never succesfully set up a My Media stream for eith my NP1100 or NP3500. Now there is one I would really like to listen to so I'm looking for some help.
The stream address is http://www.monocle.com/monocle24/
I've tried all 4 format choices with no success.
When I try to select the station from My Media I get a message stating ! The media server is currently not available. Press <stop> and try again later.

Hi !
The URL you provide doe snot point to an Audio stream, it points to a webpage with an embedded Flash player (http://monocle.com/resources/scripts/Jplayer.swf). You need to find the URI for the real Audio steam to make it work with a Streamium device (since they can't parse a Flash element).
So in short: It won't work with your NP-devices.
Cheers !

Thanks for pointing that out. Would this link be the correct variety?
http://tunein.com/tuner/?StationId=147125&
It doesn't work either, however.

Same thing there, it points to a Flash player (http://d3bwsr3zpy54hy.cloudfront.net...r/mplayer2.swf), so no luck with that one neither.
Cheers !

I'm afraid that when a Flash player is used, there is in most cases, no way to find a usable link to the audio link.
The link I quoted in my earlier post was just as an example, it was a temporary link that work "only for me". You can see "yours" if you check the source of the webpage (http://tunein.com/tuner/?StationId=147125&) that contains the embedded of the Flash player.
Cheers !

Good News, after 20 minutes of digging I actually found the station on Streamium Management - it didn't come up when I did a search of all stations on my NP3500
