i had a device with V2.11 and seemingly succeeded in updating to this latest version using the USB memory stick based update path.

what worried me a bit in the progress of the procedure was that on the web its advertised as only "v2.2" - thus lacking the last digit.

what further irritates me a bit is that the version history is not referencing what the prior versions and fixes might be - i have to guess that between 2.11 and 2.22 there were no relevant changes at all - or something i urgently would need but dont know about. so my update was done under the theme "try it out and hope it helps improving whatever it can".

Hello ! I just registered to mention that, as it was said by other owners of Philips bluray players in the 3000 firmware anouncement topic, I also do encounter problems with the playback of Game of Thrones blurays on my BDP 3280/12. The player start to read the disc, fade to a black screen, then lock up. I checked on two other players from other brands and did not have any problem with the discs.

This was quite frustrating as it is my first bluray Player that I bought just for the release of this bluray set . Any chance of Philips releasing a firmware in a not too far future to help those with issues with those particular playback problems ?
