HDT 8520 recorder
Hi, new to this and don't know if correct forum thread but would appreciate any help.
I have an HDT 8520 freeview + HD recorder. Sorry but don't know what software version or how to find out what it is!
The signal is lost on all channels
It was working fine until a couple of days ago
I have gone through the menu, setup, signal quality, and use the up/down arrows to change the channel uhf to one that has a good signal, pressed ok and exited, but the recorder reverts to the no signal uhf and does not keep my changes. I have been trying for two days now to get it to work!
As you can guess I am not good at techie stuff and don't understand abbreviations!

Have you tried a factory reset and then retuning channels. Hasn't happen to mine but seen that suggestion for the problem you have on other forum sites.

Sorry to hear this. But can you recall any changes made prior to getting this issue? You may want to undo that. Else, you can always do a factory reset.
