Problem with 9803, TV switches off almost every day at first start

Hello supporters,

my 9803 has the following problem. almost every day at first start die tv swiches off with a loud pop with in the same way. i recorded it an uploaded the video at youtube.



if the tv starts again after the failure every is fine for the rest of the evening. i have the newest firmware installed (000.103.000.000).

is this failure reparable with software of which part of the tv has an error.

how do you switch off the TV at the end of the evening? Only Standby or also Hard-off?

Hi Toengel,

first i switch of stand by with the remote control. finally i use a switchable power outlet strip. pi
that means the tv is without electric current during the night thus hard-off
i use dvb-t for viewing tv. mostly the failure happens with this source.

Hi,

try one night without pulling the power cord or using the main switch. However, I think it's a hardware failure...
