Dear Philips,

I am a huge fan, having had Philips Televisions around me all my life, top quality. No prouder moment in my life when I was able to buy my father a new Philips LCD television! All television we ever had from Philips we had for over 10 years before we felt the need to replace for a new type.

Dissapointed I am today as I watch my fathers LCD television, showing a 10 cm wide dark vertical beam in the screen about 30 cm from the right. The television is only 4,5 years in use. We are at the point of reinstalling the 15 year old CRT from Philips, that now has a better picture than the LCD TV.

Do you have a solution for us?
