NetTV keeps on asking me switch off and on again to Complete Sign-In
Could someone please help me with this frustrating issue?
I recently bought a 40PFL8606H/12. I have a wired interconnection to the TV.
I was able to log-in to the SmartTV and view videos of Youtube and browse the net.
For the past two days, everytime I select SmartTV from homepage, it keeps on shows me a black a screen and a message on the topleft hand corner of the screen " To complete Sign-in, switch off and on again".
It shows a progress bar in the lower half of the screen which a lock symbol beside in.
I have tried to power off and on a couple of time but to no avail.
There are times when I power off and on, the TV shows the signing-in screen(not the black screen) but it just hangs there without any progress.
Please kindly advise.
