Hi, I just bought a refurbished 40 inch LCD 240hz 40PFL5505DF7B.

I love the TV, it is amazing, great picture, great sound also in my opinion.

After watching for about an hour, it randomly displays the volume icon in the top left corner of screen and slowly decreases the volume to silence (no user buttons being pressed on remote or TV).

This has now happened about 10 times in 2 weeks. I happens even when I take the batteries out of the remote control (no buttons stuck).

I have to unplug TV, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.

Any suggestions? I apologize, i didn't include my software version, I can find this if helpful.

Before I return the TV I thought I would post here.
