TV has become very slow to change channels in the last couple of weeks. I normally have to turn the tv off from the button on the side of the set to correct the problem.

Today when I turned it on it said there was a software update (first time this has occurred in 7 years) that would take 45 mins. I left it overnight but it was still on 0%. Can I download this update somewhere and apply it via usb? i have checked the philips website but there doesn't appear to be any information.

Current software version is: idtvZapper_HW259.272_SW2.2.63
