    Question 55pus6162/12 only 1 app shows up

    Hello,
    I've had this tv for almost a month now and I have been trying to solve this issue on my own but nothing is happening. The problem is that when I click on the "smart tv" button the only app that shows up is one called 'ARTE', and the weather information. I remember that during the first days I couldn't "log in to the Philips server" or something like that but at some point it connected, and it always showed only this one app. I have updated it to the most recent software, I have cleared the internet cache, the internet signal is almost 100%, rebooted it several times but nothing...
    What do I do?

    P.S: What's even weirder is the fact that I can open the youtube app from my phone, even though I can't see the youtube app icon anywhere

    I was ready to buy this model here in greece until I read very negative comments about Philips smart in general. Very negative comments on software and internet connection on all Philips TV models. What is particularly surprising to me is that a company like Philips does not consider or is slow to look at such major issues, resulting in the ugly reputation around its name. Unfortunately, I will not prefer to buy Philips tv when so many companies with responsible support and trouble-free TV sets are on the market.

    Get a Android TV box for 30-40 euros. If I didn't pay about 400 euros for a 4k 139cm monitor I would be a lot more furious.

    Do everything to avoid using in built Smart TV.
