    55PUS6262/12 Netflix doesn't work

    I'm getting „We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title.” while trying to play anything on Netflix app - tvq-pm-100 (5.2.102) error. I've reset router, reinstalled TV again, with no use. Netflix says that it is TV issue, not their. So, is there anything I can do more before returning TV to the shop?

    I have the same problem. It doesn't happen every time but when it does, I turn off the TV at the wall, give it 30 seconds and power back on and it usually sorts it out.

    Well, in my case it doesn't work, even new release of software didn't change anything

    Well, additionally Amazon video doesn't work too, symptoms are the same - streaming simply doesn't start.

    I have the same problem. I just got my TV (50PUS6162/12) last week and Netflix worked fine at first try but then I updated the TV software (Tpm177e_012.002.070.141) and now I can't stream anything from Netflix.

    Ich habe das selbe Problem. Netflix funktioniert nicht auf meinem 50PU6262/12, das neue Software ist drauf, aber es läuft nicht. Und niemand weisst wo das Problem liegt. Das Fernsheer ist neu, 4 Monate alt, und Netflix hat noch nie funktioniert.

    My Philips 50PU6262/12 has the same Problem with the netflix. I tried everything, the new software is updated, but Netflix never worked. And the bad thing is that nobody knows what the Problem is, neither Philips Customer Service or Media Markt. So the only Solution is that I send my new TV to repair, but I don't accept that because I have him since 3 Months and Netflix never worked

    To put it simple, streaming of movies doesn't work, no matter if it is Netflix, Chili's app, Amazon video. I can easily watch trailers, but full movies, anime or whatever is not possible. On other hand YouTube, Deezer work fine. Didn't check on Brazzers, wife doesn't allows. In my case, everything happened after problem with smart TV server - I was getting bad gateway, 502 error while trying to go to smart app hub, after hub started to work, everything else died.

    I can't watch any movie from Netflix. Only the trailer. But when I watch it from Amazon Stick it works great. So it is not a problem from my router but from Philips TV. And nobody want to answer the problem. I am from Austria

    The same Problem:
    Bought my TV 12/2018. First Netflix was ok, since 4 weeks only trailers. Nothing else works on netflix.
    Phoned Netflix, Philips Support 2x, no promised E-Mail, no solution..
    Country: Germany
    Before last update i had this problem, now after update to "Tpm...141" still the same problem

    No streaming works since the last update. I have a 65PUS6162/12.
    Have tried to update from an USB, but it didn't solve anything. Must be the new update.
    Free from work and can't watch my shows.

    As of today (29/1) it works.
    Could Thomas tells us what was wrong?
