    Exclamation 43PUS6262 USB, Miracast problems

    So, I bought new 43PUS6262 tv. And I have problems with miracast, windows can't connect to it. Always connecting icon spinning. But I can connect via Samsung S7 edge. But after couple of seconds, TV reverts to previous source and I can't use it. Also problems with USB. If I play movie, next movie alerts that it is wrong file type/unsupported file type. Also after some time, usb drive is not detected at all. I have to unplug power cord and plug it again. After that it works again, but just for one time. So I have to repeat unpluging/pluging.

    It is big disapointment, because I liked ambilight and picture quality, but now thinking of returning product, because it is couple of days using it.

    Hope Philips comes with some fix or reply with some advices what to do.

    I think it is serious problems with software. It should not be that many bugs in production environment. Waiting for advices and answers.

    Could please provide us with an information which version of the 43pus6262 do you have ?
    Is it /05 or /12 ?

    Hi, my version is /12. I have latest updates. I even looked at what issues latest update solves https://www.download.p4c.philips.com...12_fhi_lit.pdf Kinda funny, because this update should solve my problems, but looks like update does nothing.

    Coul you please advise what exact device are you trying to connect with your tv via Miracast ?

    I am using Acer Aspire V Nitro7-591G with windows 10 and for security using windows defender. No other antivirus. So I don't think this is firewall problem.

    Have you checked is your device Wi-Fi Miracast certified ?

    Hi, I am having similar issues. My device is a 43PUS6262/12 with up-to-date software (TPM177E_012.002.070.141). It is impossible to connect any Miracast device to it. I have tried with different phones and a laptop (MSI Miracast certified). The TV name doesn't even show as an available connection.

    You tell me Cristina I gave you information (But yes, it supports Miracast). And what about USB problem? Is it also certification problem? Just look around, a lot of people are complaining about.
