    Hi Mikeyman,

I am not entirely sure what do you mean. 49PUS6412 is available on the market. Could you please explain your query a little bit further ?

    Best Regards,

Hello, I type the model number in the search bar for updates(in a philips support site) and the model is not found. I might be looking for update at wrong site. Can you tell me where I can find if there is an update. Which site? I'm from Israel.
    Thanks

Could you provide me with the full model number of your tv? After 49pus6412 there should be a / and two more digits.
