Hello

The last week I try upgrade firmware the my MP3 Player model SA3ARA04/97, however el SoundBird showed me a message saying "There was an error while ressetting your device to factory settings. Please try again by following the instructions provided.
Support resources such as FAQs and troubleshotting tips can be found http://www.phillips.com/support"

Now, my MP3 Player no turn on and now every time I try upgrade, SoundBird show the same message.

Please help me

I use Windows 7
